The Role
We’re looking for a Human Resource Consultant to support our growing team and help us strengthen our internal processes and culture. If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, loves optimizing HR functions, and wants the flexibility of remote work with some in-person engagement — we’d love to meet you!
- Support and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Advise on talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance processes.
- Provide strategic input on organization structure and workforce planning.
- Assist with internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in Egypt.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a strong, people-first culture.
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant, HRBP, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid setting.
- Experience in tech or B2B environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
