The Role
We’re looking for Technical Engineers who are passionate about tech, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you're ready to support cutting-edge hardware and help customers unlock their full potential, we want to hear from you!
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware products
- Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely
- Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, effective solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team on Pre-sales technical support
- Document service reports and maintain technical documentation
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tech support or engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with hardware installation and network configurations
- Fluency in Arabic and basic English skills
- A team player with a service-first attitude
